She also provides support to loved ones caring for individuals with eating disorders, offering compassionate guidance through the complexities of recovery.
Trish holds a master’s degree in Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University and is certified in Intuitive Eating. She is currently pursuing certifications as a sex therapist and Body Trust provider. Her work addressing anti-fat bias in clinical practice has been featured in Social Work Today magazine.
As a sex-positive therapist, Trish embraces the fluidity of sexuality, gender identity, and expression. She views pleasure as an essential aspect of wellbeing and a form of resistance to shame and oppression. Committed to creating a collaborative and affirming therapeutic environment, Trish supports clients in reconnecting with their authentic selves and moving forward with intention and self-compassion.
